100 MCD Schools with DCPCR and NDMC
Womenite conducted workshops in 100 MCD schools in association with Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights and NDMC as a part of Safety Week Phase 1 from 9th September 2019 to 12th September 2019. Our team impacted over 18,000 students by educating them on safe-unsafe touch.
Nukkad nataks with Delhi Police
Womenite associated with Delhi Police and Asmita Theatre Group to conduct Nukkad natak programs in various areas of Outer District of Delhi.
Project with Bharti Foundation
Womenite conducted safe-unsafe touch workshops in associated with Bharti Foundation. 25 schools from areas like Hastal Village, Baprola village, Mitraon, Bakkarwala, etc. were covered. Over 4,000 students were impacted through this campaign.
Daan Utsav 2019
Womenite took part in the Daan Utsav celebrations also known as Joy of Giving Week celebrated from 2nd October till 8th October. We did collection drives at Kirti Nagar metro station in association with Delhi Metro. The stationery collected were then distributed in various slums and communities.
Training session on CSA
We did a training session for our team members on Child Sexual Abuse in association with Samadhan Abhiyan NGO on 5th August 2019. The training focused on various aspects of child abuse including how a trainer needs to address the queries and educate the children on safe-unsafe touch.
Menstrual hygiene and management workshop
Our team conducted a menstrual hygiene and management workshops with girl students of Mount Carmel School. Dwarka on 25th August 2019. The girls were informed about how to keep them hygienic, what practices to follow, on breaking the various stereotypes and myths related to menstruation, etc.

Beti Bachao Beti Padhao campaign
Our team conducted workshops in 10 schools on menstrual hygiene and management in the region of South-West Delhi. The project was in association with Office of the District Magistrate, South-West Delhi, under the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao campaign. The schools covered were from regions like Najafgarh, Sagarpur, Raj Nagar, Palam, etc.
